I ordered the " premium Cotton Candy bouquet" and I know images are only illustrative but let's be honest, does those two bouquets look at list similar? NO! They don't even have the same flowers. The website also is a little confusing to order but when I called the place the attendant was very helpful and for that I gave 2 stars.
The only reason why I had to pay forty-fxxking dollor was I had no time to go other places. The price was ridiculous and the service was extremely terrible. Upon my request to add more decoration, she said that she couldn't do it because she was not Korean. What the hell? I had to give my wife her birthday flower, so I bought it. This place is ridiculous. Do not shop your flower here.
Service is not the greatest. They're slow but other than that no complaints.
By far the best florist in the Northern Valley area. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else; Ruth and Ed are amazing!
